The check-in time is 2.00pm.

Check out time is 10.00am. These times are to be strictly applied and will be altered only with the permission of Ponder Cottages management.

Passport photocopies must be provided to Ponder Cottages management before or upon arrival.

A safe is provided in your room. Ponder Cottages takes no responsibility for guests’ losses of any kind.

Guests are responsible for locking their room.

Any damage or loss caused by guest visitors or guests themselves will be charged to the guest.

Children under 2 may stay in guest’s room for a free. 

Noise restrictions apply after 10.00pm

No smoking in rooms. Smoking is permitted in outside areas only.

Guests using kitchens are responsible for cleaning of kitchen area. Staff will not clean guest dishes.

All dispute arising from my stay in Ponder Cottages if they remain unresolved for 7 days after departure will be referred to Arbitration in Indonesia.
