The check-in time is 2.00pm.

Check out time is 10.00am. These times are to be strictly applied and will be altered only with the permission of Ponder Cottage management.

Passport photocopies must be provided to Ponder Cottage management before or upon arrival.

A safe is provided in your room. Ponder cottage takes no responsibility for guests’ losses of any kind.

Guests are responsible for locking their room.

If a guest loses a key an IDR 100.000 fee will be charged for a replacement key Guests are responsible for the behaviour of any visitors. Any damage or loss caused by guest visitors
or guests themselves will be charged to the guest.

Children under 5 may stay in guest’s room for a fee of IDR 200.000 per night which includes either complementary cot or additional child mattress hire.

We can accommodate 2 additional guests above our standard 8 guests at additional cost

Noise restrictions apply after 10.00pm

No smoking in rooms. Smoking is permitted in outside areas only.

Guests using kitchens are responsible for cleaning of kitchen area. Staff will not clean guest dishes.

I have read the terms and conditions governing my stay at Ponder Cottage Nusa Lembongan and agree to abide then and be bound by them.

All dispute arising from my satay in Ponder Cottage Nusa Lembongan if they remain unresolved for 7 days after departure will be referred to Arbitration in Indonesia.
